Hey there! Welcome to Park with Us. We're the world's easiest to use marina management software that's always free for our marinas. I'm Ryland, I'm one of the co founders here and we actually first built this company out of my RV for campgrounds initially. We had operators who also had boat slips coming to us saying we love our campground software and we hate our marina software. Can we use you for both? So we built just that. Marina management software that solves the same issues and headaches by being one incredibly simple to use, two the setup should be painless, and three it shouldn't create any back breaking costs for your business. Reservation Management

I'm going to start by walking you through the reservation screen. This is going to be the main day to day area where your team will manage everything and everything can be done within a couple of clicks. So whether you're managing payments, check ins, all this can be done very simply. Again simplicity is number one at the top of our list for everything we design and everything is intuitive with a drag and drop system whether you are moving a reservation, extending one or creating a new one you do not need to be tech savvy to excel at this software within a matter of minutes.

Creating a Reservation

Let's go ahead and create a simple single reservation this is one you'd create on your end not someone who's booking online. Let's do it for Donald Duck. So Donald stayed with us we already have his vessel information and we can calculate the price from there. We can import all your existing guests and reservations from an existing system if you're using that and again this should all be flexible, intuitive, customizable and then you can choose to take payment through the system. We have full integrations with payment processors or you can continue to use whatever you used to in the office. You can send them an invoice or we can mark them as paid offline.

Guest Management

The way that we're able to support you without any charge is by passing a small service fee to any guests that choose to book online or paying through the system but it's really important to note that if they come into the office and pay with cash or check or however you usually take payments today you can absolutely do that without any service fee. I'll quickly walk you through some of the other tabs available to you and your team. Things like to dos makes everything super simple with the most digestible version of what's happening today. Who's checking in? Who needs to sign the rules? Pay? You can message all of our guests in a couple of clicks over email or text and really distill down the day to day as much as humanly possible. Reports is obviously important and something that we really try to make powerful but accessible. Everything you need from managing rent roll to occupancy to payments and integrating with QuickBooks you can do within a couple of clicks.

Long Term Management

Next is the long terms tab. This is where you'll manage all of your annual monthly invoicing and so if you take meter readings you can enter those, do all these in bulk and then every month or season your guests will get an invoice that they have the option to either come to the office and pay however they're used to or they have the option to click and pay online, set up auto pay, make their life easier and make your life easier in which case they would pay a small fee in doing so. The guest tab as I mentioned we can pre populate if you're coming from an existing system but this is where you'll keep track of all that nice information on your guests whether that's payment methods, documents, vessel info, you need to block them, everything you expect in order to run a business with happy returning loyal customers.

Store Management

Finally the store tab is where you can manage your store and take transactions whether you're selling things like fishing gear or doing fuel transactions this can all be managed from a mobile phone and using an in person terminal and you can quickly create transactions however complex your store is.

Simplifying the Guest Experience

The last thing I'm going show you which is very important is the guest experience and how they can actually go ahead and book online. Whether you offer transient slips, hourly boat rentals, monthly application for your long term tenants, we can help you bring everything online.

In twenty twenty six that's critical to meet guests where they are and where they want to book. So let's walk you through what that looks like for a slip. Let's say I'm coming in this weekend and I want to stay for a night. Whatever information you want us to ask such as vessel length, draft, number of guests we can do so and from there we'll filter out the slips that they can actually fit into. So in this case I'm gonna go ahead and choose slip four. We can make your maps interactive as well and within sixty seconds I should be able to book.
